This is the life-defining question that began for me long ago.
I mean, I knew, what to do.
What I didn’t know was why ice cream kept making the daily food list and how in the world a human could possibly sit for twenty minutes meditating (two minutes felt like eight lifetimes) and omg…please help me fit into my jeans…. today.
What I didn’t know was that it was possible to actually care for my body and enjoy it rather than constantly feeling like I was engaging in my own personal Gettysburg.
What I have discovered in twenty years (again, feels like many lifetimes!) of strength training and helping people stick to healthy exercise and eating habits is this:

These are the basic steps that will be tailored to your body, energy system, astrology and financial capacity.
I’ve been doing this for *oh my* a few decades now.

The Transformation STEPS
STEP 1: We Assess
We cannot get where we want to go without identifying and inventorying where we are NOW.
As we inventory, we will create the VISION of what you really want. (Do you even know?)
Your astrology chart will help us discern what is truly important and what is just nonsense.
As we integrate your hopes, dreams and desires into this transformation, we are gentle. AHHHHH.
Doesn’t gentle sound better than what you are doing now?
Imagine your soft animal body as a wild gorgeous horse.
We want to coax it into enjoying yummy food, and befriend her so we can travel with her off into the glorious sunset. It’s a huge mistake to come at this animal (make no mistake your biology is animal like) with a whip and stale oats.

STEP 2: We Embrace Biology

STEP 4: REPEAT
We put it on REPEAT.
There will always be bumps. Life happens.
